Upgrade: Upgraded from 2 to 5 stars because the company contacted me and helped me get a fully working replacement. The company's communication with Amy was very helpful. Now everything is good! I got this as a second dock for my business, mainly using it for another screen, ethernet and to connect to my speaker system while at work. HDMI and DisplayPort for a single screen work, as do the USB ports. However, the audio has noise when running through the docking station, I have no noise when running directly through the laptop. I don't have an RJ45 port connection, I need to use a separate USB > RJ45 dongle to make the connection. I would spend your money on another device.
