Dell XPS 13 (9360) reports that the charger is not a recognized 45W PSU, but the BIOS says it's getting 45W. The estimated time for a full charge is similar to the Dell charger. . Not sure what's going on but may have to go back. Edit: I was contacted by Nekteck support and they provided pictures of a test they ran on my laptop with their charger versus the original Dell charger. The output power of their charger is 38W compared to 35W for Dell. They claim that the reason for the error message is that Dell imposes restrictions on third-party chargers. They have assured me that their charger is of higher quality and safe to use.
