They stopped working and the Revain guarantee is not good
The headphones worked for several months, then one side fell out, then the other. My son wears them almost every day but they should last longer. BEWARE of warranty offers that appear upon purchase. I bought the Squaretrade Guarantee. They told me to contact the manufacturer. If they refuse I can go back to them but I need all sorts of documents as to why I was refused. Complete scam. Do not be fooled. Revain should not handle or support these warranty scams itself.
