I had high hopes for the design and although it is adjustable, after a few hours of wear the stiffness of the hook starts to irritate my ears, which makes me not even buy this model at first Place. in and out through week 3 but I kept it as a backup. For the price and in a pinch it will do, but I will not buy it back, which I usually do for my family if I like a product. Eliminate the lack of sound and replace the hook with rubber material, then we have a winner.
