As I got older, I realized that I had problems with my feet and ankles. As a result, I'm willing to try anything that can bring me relief. This leg and foot massager from Shine Well is great. Includes 2 booties, controller, 2 expanders, drawstring pouch and instructions. To me, they act like compression stockings (or like those ankle boots you put on in the hospital to prevent blood clots) because they relieve fatigue, improve circulation, and relieve general leg and foot pain. The difference between this foot massager and my other foot massager is that it includes the feet. After about 30 minutes my legs felt better and more relaxed. After 20 minutes it switches off automatically. This or they are pretty easy to set up. You simply connect the plugs to the remote control, put on your shoes (via Velcro), plug in the power and set the desired mode. You can also adjust the intensity. There is also a heating mode. The only two things I would change about this product are (1) the remote should be separate from devices (possibly wireless) so you don't have to worry about wires, and (2) a large storage pouch is included , so you don't need it to store it in this box. The small drawstring pouch that came with it wasn't big enough to store the booties, just the remote and extensions. 4.5 stars.
