Take half a size down as they are a bit long. I wear Nike or Asics sneakers in width 8 and the width 7.5 fits me perfectly. That seems to be the standard for non-slip work shoes? Either way, these ugly bastards are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! They may be AARP approved and look like you're feeding ducks in the park, but they really take the strain off your all-day footwork. Nothing else compares. Stop looking and put on these bad boys. You might not want to look in the mirror or wear them somewhere after work, but you'll be comfortable and supported throughout your shift! 10/10
