I originally ordered this strap for training and travel, however it turned out that M is too big. When I called customer service which came with the belt I was so pleased with how good they are and said don't exchange it for an S. However before I send it back I decided to mention it to my assistant for her father who needs to wear an ostomy pouch and a long shirt or blazer to cover/hide the pouch. When he came into my office I suggested that he try it on and see if it would fit him as he didn't like the towels that came with the bag or that could be ordered. He tried it on and it fit him and he was able to put the bag down and hide it. Fabrics with antibacterial properties and Max Dry technology could be the answer. Today he came into the office and thanked me again. He has the strap turned inside out, the colostomy bag slides in easily, and the whole thing lies nice and flat so he can wear his regular clothes instead of a blazer. Add to that the excellent customer service - Stashbandz called me today to ask when I would be returning the M as they were concerned that a replacement would not arrive in time for my upcoming trip. WOW. When I told them the story and that I was so looking forward to giving it to him rather than sending it back because it should make his life with the bag so much easier, they offered to send me replacements and extra tape free of charge. for my friend's father so he always has something to wear. wow again What a great company. I will definitely be ordering them in other colors.
