Could just be my preference but the hat is pretty deep. Great fit and the elastic doesn’t feel like it’s cutting into me but keeps the hat secure on my head. As mentioned in another review, until the hat breaks in, there is a hard part on the front of the cap that leaves a mark on your head. A little annoying but goes away after awhile.I’d love to buy more of these if they have a model that isn’t as "deep”
