This mermaid necklace may not have enchanted you
I was very happy to receive the AOBOCO mermaid necklace as a gift, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. While the sterling silver chain is solid and well made, I found the mermaid pendant to be a bit cheesy and over the top. The purple heart-shaped crystal from Austria is a nice touch, but it doesn't quite make up for the overall lack of subtlety in the design. That being said, I can see how some young girls or mermaid lovers might enjoy this item, so it might still be a worthy gift for the right person. Overall I would give this chain 3 out of 5 stars.

- The use of sterling silver and crystal from Austria increases the value of the necklace and makes it less affordable for consumers on a budget.
