This is an absolutely amazing product but it didn't come with any instructions (that I could read) so here's what you need to do: 1. Soak the sponge and water for 15 minutes long one. If I'm you, I'll do this step every time you use it.2. Squeeze all the water and moisture out of the skin. There's a perfect balance between how moist a sponge needs to be and how moist your skin needs to be for it to work; but after a few hits you will understand because it works almost immediately.3. I have found that the sponge works best when drawn across the skin rather than up and down. (What the heck is this chick saying?!?) For example: if your hand is a violin and your sponge is a bow, you would draw the "bow" across the "fiddle" instead of dragging it up and down . Correctly? are you still following me Okay BC now comes the best part.4. You'll see and feel the dead skin peeling off in little skin-colored rolls, and it will stay that way (forever I guess) because thin layers of skin are peeling off all at once. Try to restrain yourself because it is very addictive and you will spend hours in the shower or bath. Keep in mind that you didn't get dead skin in just one day, so you shouldn't remove it completely either.
