Since using this pillowcase, I no longer have big wrinkles on my face when I wake up! I'm 49 and this is a relatively new topic for me. In the past those pillow creases disappeared pretty quickly and didn't really bother me. Now they take hours to go away and I wonder if they will eventually become permanent. Also, my hair looks a lot better in the morning than with a regular pillowcase. I shower at night so this is a real blessing for me. I actually get compliments on my hair after sleeping with it all night and doing nothing but combing it in the morning. One side of a cotton pillow is great because my pillow stays where it's supposed to and doesn't shift around like a 100% silk pillow. My queen size pillow is large and usually difficult to fit in a pillowcase. Inserting my pillow into this pillowcase is not difficult. Needless to say I highly recommend this product and couldn't be happier with this purchase. Update - today I washed it on the gentle cycle with cold water. The label says to hand wash but I didn't think there would be a problem. I followed the advice on the label and air dried it. The label said to use a cold iron. I don't know what that means, so I set the iron to silk and ironed the silk side for a few minutes. I saw no need to iron the cotton side as the pillow is always silk side up. Whatever it was, it was a success. The pillowcase looks like new. Good night. I have relied on these reviews for many years when making my purchase decisions.
