Far from the right RPM
I read all the reviews from others and was a bit concerned but figured it was only $20 and I'll give it a try. I installed it on my original 1940 Chevrolet 6 cylinder engine. On the handset my RPMs were 650. On the new digital readout it jumped to 3000 and then dropped to 2400. And nowhere near true RPM. So I delete it and put it in the Lessons Learned box. Quick update, I was told about a speedometer filter that might solve the problem. Installed, no change. The filter didn't change anything.
