One star just for the ugly yellow label
On the front of the shovel which might as well be glued to the underside of the shovel. It needs to be removed because whatever you sweep will stick to that nasty tag over time. It took forever to take it off, required hot water and Goo Gone. I don't like it when you get more work for no other reason than ruthless publicity. Looks like a decent scoop and it's a shame you only get 1 star but that's what happens when you don't consider the consumer. Day.
