Great for walking: my feedback
I use the weights for my daily power walk and to workout my arms. I started with the 2 lbs and recently moved to the 3 lbs. The soft grip makes them super comfortable on your hands, the straps hold them firm in your hands so you don't drop them when you walk. Very hard to find a dumbbell like this.
- Love the weights just the right amount of pounds to start
- The adjustable straps may interfere with form during certain exercises, limiting the effectiveness of the workout
