I watched a few videos first so I know what to look out for when installing. Bought a device to cut wires together (from halo POS to low beam POS) by just clamping it. Worked great! The main bracket from the stock headlight was retained, but all other black parts were used. plug and play Check this before setting up the lantern. Plugs allow you to connect, had to rotate and reattach the high beam for it to work. Comes well packaged but I'm wondering why the lid of the box wasn't taped shut. It seemed strange, but everything is the same as the brand's advertised retail price for a fraction. Much brighter than standard light. You will be delighted with your first night drive. A definite improvement over what is now covered. Hard to believe there is a difference to the camp.
