I like this little dress on my daughter very much. The style gives a vintage 50's look with a lace overlay. It has a lovely cotton backing which is easy to iron although it was packaged nicely so could be worn right out of the box. My girlfriend wore it for fall photos but it's perfect for a party, wedding, christening or first communion. The sleeves are elbow-length, soft and flowy, and the skirt is wide enough to stay in place. It had a well-concealed metal zipper at the back that was made of durable, non-thready plastic. My daughter wears a size 4-5 here. She is heavier for her age (4). She fits perfectly, she has nowhere to grow. She usually wears a size 5T for most brands. The dress is delicate so I washed it separately in cold water in a mesh bag and hung it to dry and I had no problem with it tearing, curling or wrinkling. Highly recommended.
