Saved me from buying a new dishwasher. I've been using Palmolive Eco for years but our cookware just keeps getting worse. Cutlery was a huge problem and I had to hand wash the cutlery after putting it through an intensive cleaning cycle in our slightly older dishwasher. I thought we might need to replace our dishwasher, but I really didn't want to spend any money so I decided to try a new detergent first. I needed a safe septic tank that ecover has. For us the difference between day and night. My husband even thanked me. The dishes come out surprisingly clean. I saw the mention in several reviews of the film but didn't come across it at all. My cutlery now always comes out clean. My glasses and plates are also perfectly clean. I am so grateful for this product and don't think I will be buying any other brand in the future as it has far outperformed every brand I have ever used. We have "soft" water, not a well, so I cannot comment on his work with well water. I highly recommend.
