Review on T REIGN Retractable Electroics Polycarbonate Rangefinder by Steve Harris

I like this product. The body looks strong. I haven't really stress tested it, but it certainly doesn't seem fragile. I love that it offers multiple mounting styles and that the cable lug portion is modular with other Boomerang Tool Company products. What strikes me as a star is that the switch for toggling the immobilization lock doesn't look well made. It gets stuck a bit at times and lacks the free play to do more than jiggle back and forth, which technically still basically allows it to work, it just makes it more of a guessing game once I've moved it far enough to block it. Likewise, if I'm wearing it on my waist and hitting a physical obstacle, it's often enough to just release the lock and suddenly pull the cord back. as bad flaws for something designed for rugged outdoor use.
