The screen was a little loose in the frame, and even when properly attached, it was leaning against the table on the side it was attached to. It wasn't the clearest or brightest screen, and without the bracket on the side of the laptop, it was very difficult to keep it off a hard surface. It's almost impossible to hold it on your lap and type as you have to press down on the opposite edge of the laptop while typing. That's a great idea, but in reality it doesn't work very well.
