Review on 🧺 The Laundress New York - Whites Detergent, Whitening & Brightening, Stain & Yellowing Fighter, 64 Washes, Classic, 33.3 Fl Oz by Nate Forleo

I bought it to wash white clothes and white towels. Especially my white towels got dirty, probably because of our water. I've tried everything from oxygen bleach, hydrogen peroxide, bleach, bleach, so why not try this fancy thing? First problem... the measuring guide says "full caps" which is annoying because it's thick liquid soap! It is impossible to measure the number of caps without covering the entire bottle with soap when capping. You can rinse it out, but that's a lot of soap going down the drain! I ended up tossing the cap in the wash, but that also meant leaving a full bottle open for a while. Second, it has a pretty strong odor! I should have checked before buying because I usually avoid smells, but I was desperate. Third, the results? No one. Aside from the smell, my clothes that used this detergent showed no difference from my usual ones. Not cleaner, not softer and certainly not whiter or brighter. Didn't do anything for my white towels or white clothes. I considered asking for a refund because again that doesn't do anything but then it got busy and missed the window so now it's wasted. It doesn't work and I don't like the strong smell so I won't be using it. Maybe laundress lovers love it but I wasn't impressed and feel deceived.
