The customer service was great! They were super helpful in answering all of our questions about their product as well how best they could help us use it with ours clients’ sites/apps we utilize throughout day-to -day operations at my job (a nonprofit).
I think that having more options would be nice; maybe even some sort out pricing models like per user or something? We are solving one issue by using this tool – saving time when searching through apps available from multiple providers via G Suite Marketplace across 10+ different platforms which include but aren't limited too Google Meetings / Hangouts etc., Slack integrations among others..
