It's a HARD thing. Much heavier than expected but looks sturdy (not sure how durable as I don't want to drop it to check). The built-in "hub" doesn't work. None of the USB ports work except the one used for charging. HDMI never worked either. The iPad will only charge when the "switch" is on. Since the power always goes through the 'hub' I've noticed a SIGNIFICANT reduction in battery life, it wouldn't be that bad if the hub actually worked. An external USB-C hub plugged into an iPad doesn't use it as a pass-through for other devices to connect or even charge. The last thing that really helped me is that the S and C keys don't work. You have to be VERY diligent and press the keys slowly. In theory, this device should be amazing. I was really looking forward to this product and was very disappointed - I received it on 06th September 2021 and am posting this review on 18th September. I wanted to make sure I tried it honestly before leaving a review. Very upset.
