Gorgeous FULL skirt dress, great for twirling!

My granddaughter loved it. I bought a fluffy pad to go underneath - glad I did. I also bought a small sweater with a bodice for these winter days. It's REALLY COMPLETE! It had to be ironed and possibly washed afterwards.

Pros

Machine or hand wash, do not bleach, line dry, low iron.
