These pillows are amazing quality. As with all feather pillows, a feather or two may fall out at some point. I've had them for about two weeks and so far I've found a feather. The good thing about them is that they are designed in such a way that if the feathers ever fall out, you won't feel them on your face. A refugee leaned out of the scarf. Unfortunately my neck and head didn't like these pillows even though my husband loves them. I've tried sleeping in luxury but I have arthritis in my neck and have had to sleep on very spongy pillows that go flat when you lay on them aka: $3 cheap pillows :/ otherwise they'll crush on my neck . and head so that all day I feel pressure in my head when I wake up and when I turn my head I get dizzy. Well, they're luxurious at a decent price, but pillows are very specific to the person, so they may be for some and not others. The hubs also have neck issues but it's not arthritis it's muscle tightness and he says they support his neck really well and he can adjust them a bit to keep his head comfortable. Our other pillows were old and disgusting so I threw them away when these arrived. After sleeping on it for two days I had to go to Wally World to buy their cheap pillow. Pooh. Well at least I can feel them and dream of one day sleeping on these beautiful clouds of softness.
