Generally they work and serve their purpose. But as many other reviewers have said. SUPER ADHESIVE REQUIRED. The magnet has been separated from the box. Two drops of super glue and that's it. The rotation density is practically not adjustable. Mine is a little more unlucky than I'd like, but since it's immobile I haven't had any issues. I lost my OEM when moving house. These are the only brackets I could find and they work pretty much as intended.
