Be careful. on USB hubs

I bought this USB hub because of all the reviews and Anker is pretty big on Revain. I bought this for work, after two days this crap melted. Thank goodness it didn't damage my work computer. There is no quality control, this hub was probably not properly grounded. I have connected a peripheral device. I will never buy an Anker product again. I will return to better known brands and pay extra money. EDIT: They contacted me immediately and really looked into the issue. They requested the faulty hub for troubleshooting and quality control. They sent me a new one. I've had the new one for a few months and no problems. Anker's customer service was very helpful.
