Cheaply made. Don't expect it to hold up under heavy use, especially in my case as I expect my ACER Aspire 5 model 756 to run without a battery, just with a charger. For this configuration I will buy a second charger and run both in parallel to avoid damaging two small bugs. (Yes, I could just return the charger and order a more expensive and powerful one. But I also like the weird solution.) Many on this review forum have complained that the connector that came with the laptop doesn't fit properly. Any slight movement of the plug will cause power outages, resulting in the computer shutting down. I have the same problem. That's how I solved it. I have a spool of Kester electrosolder. Small sensor with a diameter of 0.031 inch. I cut off about 5/8 inch and put it in the center (positive) hole of the adapter plug. Since these are essentially lead-tin wires, the solder is somewhat malleable. As did the plastic and metal components of the fork itself. It took a bit of effort to plug it back into the computer. But the result was a tight fit. Now the computer runs without problems. No wiggling of the plug turned off the computer.
