Works but I was disappointed, the converter end (big box end) has a different connector than my existing 3 connector ends. My outlets are usually behind furniture, so it's convenient to leave the plug in and just carry a laptop with an adapter from room to room.

Cheaply made. Don't expect it to hold up under heavy use, especially in my case as I expect my ACER Aspire 5 model 756 to run without a battery, just with a charger. For this configuration I will buy a second charger and run both in parallel to avoid damaging two small bugs. (Yes, I could just return the charger and order a more expensive and powerful one. This charger fits my full size Acer laptop to keep it charged when you leave it charged. The only problem you might have is that if you try to use the laptop and charge the battery at the same time, the charger will start and stop a charge cycle when the battery dies. The brick appears to be getting too hot causing an on/off charge cycle. It's no problem if you turn off or pause the laptop while it's charging, or if the laptop starts up at 100%, it stays charged while you work with no issues

This item is listed for the Acer Aspire One D255 but A- it will NOT get stuck and shut off if you move the computer even an inch then B- I know it all ok with that is my battery, but this "charger" is such a low wattage that it only powers my laptop but doesn't charge the battery. Sent back because it obviously won't do the job.

Came in a nondescript box and according to the brochure it's for a digital camera, not the Acer Chromebook advertised. It does charge, but this also causes my trackpad to not work properly, indicating that the power output isn't very reliable. Transferred to the status of an emergency power source. Spend the extra cash and get more reliable power when using your laptop while it's plugged in.

The loader decided he knew best. He thought it was a bad idea to keep the cables with the device, so he collected all the cables and hid them in a secret box. I urgently needed to replace the cables. The manufacturer wanted too much, over $30. I was happy to find this at a reasonable price. This is exactly what I needed for my old Acer laptop.

I was looking for a charger for this dinosaur monster to get some old photos for my mother in law. I don't see this particular model advertised above so too bad - I bought this based on a review from someone who said it fits their "Aspire 1640" - I'm not tech savvy at all - I think there are many models of it. lol you should have seen how I set up two monitors this week!
