I've had no issues with 4. I bought a break as mentioned in other reviews. Wanted to reduce the blue light in our house so it's easier to sleep at night and still navigate. As I'm very picky, I wish they were a little darker. However, this can be corrected by painting the top. Plus, the sensor faces down, so it stays on all the time unless you're in a very bright room. The power consumption is irrelevant for a single LED.
