Review on 🔥 Ultimate Temperature Control: Adjustable 1X Desoldering, 1X Soldering, 5X Soldering Kit by Vincent Pavelko

This item did not work on first use. I got the solder to melt after turning the iron up to 450. It didn't heat the wires enough to melt the solder onto the wires I was trying to solder. These were speaker cables, so they weren't particularly heavy. I don't understand why it didn't work when it was hot, so maybe I'm missing something here; but I've soldered before (embellishments) and it shouldn't be any different. There was no flux in the kit but I had rosin solder so it should have worked. I can only conclude that the temperature is off or something. I admit that operator errors are possible, but the instructions were practically nil, and the instructions I checked on YouTube show that I did everything right. So Tue
