The shoes were difficult to put on at first but quickly got easier so it wasn't a constant problem for me. They do however have a silver dollar sized gel pad right in the heel which is a little annoying due to the size and the fact that my heel was never fully supported by it and I constantly felt the stitching or the outer edge when wearing them. I made the mistake of wearing them to work one evening when I was standing on the concrete floor for a long time. My legs hurt that night and the next day it was much worse than usual. I like the look of the shoe and wear it a lot, but mostly when I'm not on my feet for a long time.
