Update: downgrading of stars. Began to have power on issues. The plug is loose and I hardly ever use it. I have to play with it to turn it on. It works, but the shipment needs to be processed immediately. Not sent in another box. You put the label on the same box that the product is in! The box was torn upon delivery and I was just lucky nothing was damaged. I also think that nothing is lost. The product generates odorless vapor from the remover. There may be some gel polish left, but nothing that can't be easily filed off. Normal polishing works well, but takes longer than just rubbing in.
