I bought two of these. I originally bought this for my 80 year old father who is hard of hearing, who turned the TV on so loud that my siblings and I were afraid to visit our parents. For my father it was an absolute success; maybe even saved a family! He loves them very much and has learned how to operate the device and charge it easily. And again, I can even talk to my mom on the phone without yelling at the TV in the background! Mom was a little confused at first and complained that he had turned the TV down so she couldn't hear him. Finally, I informed her that the headphone volume is not controlled by the TV volume, so she can adjust it to whatever is comfortable for her. I bought the second device after my father's enthusiastic reviews. My block was an attempt to save my marriage as my husband cannot sleep with the TV on and I cannot sleep with the TV off. We work different shifts, so our sleeping habits are completely different. While the device works well and is as described, it doesn't meet my needs for watching TV in bed. Headphones are too bulky and uncomfortable for a lying position. They are quite comfortable in an upright or lying position, but any other position renders them useless. Another problem I have is that when I want to switch from Kabelbox to Roca I have to get out of bed to switch the output from one device to another. I could maybe solve this with a Y-connector, but I haven't bought one yet. All in all a very good device. Much better than the previous bluetooth transmitter I bought which had to sync with my bluetooth audio receiver (headphones) every time I turn it on. I would like this company to develop headphones that also work with this transmitter so that I can lie comfortably in bed and use the device.
