When I finally decided to ditch my old ugly plastic cutting board, I knew I wanted something that was not only functional but nice to use and nice to look at while working . However, the recent price tier change has also been taken into account. Having seen the prices of wooden cutting boards in the past, I was afraid I would go back to something cheap. When I saw the Caperci cutting board and read the specs and reviews, I knew this was the cutting board for me. When it arrived, I was even more convinced! It's strong but not heavy, which is important when you're older and don't have the strength and flexibility you had when you were younger. A sufficiently large work surface and a convenient eyedropper made it perfect and beautiful. Don't hesitate to leave it on the counter. Easy maintenance too. PERFECT!
