Review on Digital Medical Forehead Thermometer with LED Display - Instant, Accurate Readings for the Whole Family by Marta Bruns

This is a well made clinical thermometer with a large white dot matrix display and one button operation. You think you got a new iPhone instead. But for me it doesn't live up to Apple standards. I have to try several times before I get a reading. the rest of the time it is "---F". I'm very familiar with these types of thermometers, so this isn't the case. Ergonomics are also a little strange. It's easy enough to take another person's temperature, but you have to hold it at a slightly awkward angle to take your own. It's also supposed to be able to measure the temperature of an object, but I can't find any instructions on how to do that. I feel like I have to take a star off for slightly erratic performance as similar thermometers are more consistent at similar prices.
