Fantastic socks! A few years ago I bought a pair of these socks which were very heavy and difficult to wear. A pair costs twice as much as this set. I love them because they are fingerless and I can wear them with flip flops around the house. I can see a big difference in my heels after wearing them for just a few days. "Gel" is not a gel as they say. This is a silicone lining. It's used in hospitals to reduce post-operative scarring and is also available in strips here at Revain. I would not recommend machine washing or drying them. Hand wash and air dry if you want them to last. Good product. Will definitely order again when they are back in stock.
