I was so hoping this would help my kids but it doesn't really seem to be working. They both came down with a cold that lasted longer than usual, even though I kept giving them this supplement. My older child is allergic to the environment and I haven't noticed any improvement in that area either. Both liked the taste and my youngest, who is very picky and refuses most supplements, actually asked for it on a daily basis. I could give them to kids for a month or so and see if they need to be stocked but they are very expensive and a pack only lasts 2 weeks.
