I finally managed to set up the device correctly on my home network to play music from my mobile devices, so I'm upgrading this product rating to 3 stars. My comments about short cables, small dimensions, poorly written non-existent installation instructions, and confusing installation software stand, but after all is said and done, it actually works. miserably. I could live with the meager manual, tiny size, short connection cables, and no charger, but not a non-working product. The product just won't connect to my network. Your third party network app starts fine but fails to close a deal by connecting to my network. The application itself is poorly written and displays incorrect screen images that the client should see during the network setup process. It also suffers from the vague use of vague and confusing language to describe some key steps in the installation process. Conclusion: Without a network connection, the product cannot do what it promises. 1 star. Bought recently so will be back!
