I did a lot of research before purchasing this fitness tracker and chose it as it had everything I wanted. Here's everything I found wrong about it. The app keeps disconnecting so I have to keep checking if it's connected. I swim an hour and a half every day and burn 500 to 1000 calories. That tells me I'm only burning 100 to 300. In the app there is a setting for units of measurement in metric or imperial units. I have to change the setting to imperial every day. It won't stay and switch back to metric. I'm 5ft 7in and 160lbs. According to the app, I'm 2ft 3in and weigh 280lbs. I have to change it every day too. The heart rate monitor is not accurate. I test it and it shows 65 bpm, then 92 bpm, then 85 bpm at rest, all in seconds. So I can't rely on the Heat Intensity Monitor. I manually enter my weight into the app and it changes it to a few ounces. I'm not against it that much, but it's just another thing wrong with him. I walked 45 minutes yesterday and the app tracked my walk but said I only walked 13 minutes. I've tried sending messages and contacting support but no response. I gave it one star because I really like the waterproof band and the dial options. It seems he's counting steps accurately, but that's the only thing he's managed to do. This is actually very bad as it has everything I need it just doesn't work exactly. Don't waste your money, you will only find garbage and get no help trying to solve the problems. it has.
