Good: item arrived quickly next day. What I really like about this product is that my ears don't hurt like the other brand I bought. Aukey couldn't adjust the volume either, but this one can. Battery life seems good and I have no trouble connecting to my Note9. Cons: Headphones are terrible. The audio lag makes watching videos on YouTube and Netflix unbearable. The sound quality is terrible. Constant "clicking" and shutting down with my Note 9, computer and Note 20 ultra. The opened lid is now thin. These headphones are heavy. They also promise you a "free" gift for a good review of Revain. How accurate are all those 5 star reviews when compensated? I could return them. Don't buy this. Absolute waste of money and time.
