I purchased this dress to wear to a Gala. I haven't worn it yet but I received it and it's gorgeous! I usually wear a US size 6 but order a size 10 and had the seller tailor it a bit.I'm extremely pleased with the response I received from this seller. I contacted them because I was concerned about the fit of the dress because my top is smaller than my bottom. I shared with the seller my measurements, even my desired dress length and the dress fits perfectly. My only chore now is to not over eat during the holidays. LolI'm not quite sure yet, but what I did notice was that the straps were slipping off of my shoulders. It could be that I was rushing to try the dress on and not positioning the straps correctly. We'll see.The packaging was superb! The seller actual turned the satin side of the dress inside out for shipping. I liked that they did that as an extra safeguard. The dress was placed in three layers of plastic bagging which is excellent, especially if for some reason your package is left outside during inclement weather. It was shipped via DHL, which I find to have a stellar reputation for tracking a delivery. As another footnote, I expedited my shipment. It was delivered in the estimated time.The quality of the dress supersedes the cost. It is well lined and masterfully sown. You can almost wear the dress inside out it's sown so well.My advice would be to use the option of contacting the seller if you have the simplest of questions or the slightest concern.I would not hesitate in using this seller again.GREAT JOB Promworld!
