I'm an avid internet shopper, so I couldn't wait to check out Heipeiwa for their apparel, footwear, and accessories. Nonetheless, there was a lot wrong with my transaction that I want to warn other purchasers about. The items I ordered were identical to those shown on the website, but the quality of the clothes and shoes I got was disappointing. The dress I purchased was poorly made and did not fit, and the shoes were both painful and made of low-quality materials. When I tried to return the item, I was met with unhelpful and unresponsive customer service reps who prolonged the process.
