I bought this dress for my step daughter to wear as part of the (Harry Potter) Fleur Delacour costume and it worked perfectly! We are size XL and she is 16 and it fits perfectly! The fabric is pleasant, nice blue color. We have blue skies. It's not as bright as in the picture, but still very pretty. He is shown with the added half cape and hat from the costume website.
