I have moderate eczema, sensitive skin. In recent years I have been diagnosed with purulent hydrenitis, which consists of cysts that become inflamed and leave scars. Cysts form wherever there are sweat glands. I had to find a soap to cure it but not dry out the skin and make the eczema worse. I've been using this soap for a week now and I can already see noticeable improvements! My eczema has really decreased in severity. My skin isn't dry, which happens when I use a soap like Dial. Some of the cysts I currently have are decreasing in size AND I have not developed new cysts. This product is much more than advertised!
