My husband uses it the most. It definitely helps him with his back, neck and nerve pain. He has noticed an increase in movement and is loving the benefits of this circulation. I've used it several times and I know it needs to do something, the ripple is strong and easy to adjust. Although there's no doubt it's doing something to my body. I haven't noticed as much pain relief as my husband, he loves it!
