Correction of my rating. Despite the presence of a manufacturing defect, the seller communicated very well and offered to replace my device free of charge even after the 30 day window. I'm not sure if any of the other tablets people have bought have had any issues because the reviews don't say so, so maybe I just received a bad tablet that the seller certainly didn't collect themselves. Because of the good communication, I will definitely buy again from this seller. I liked the tablet for the first few months. I used it every day and had to plug it in to charge once or twice a day. A few days ago I wanted to plug it in and the charging cable wasn't included so I looked inside the port and noticed the inside of the port was now crooked and loose but still plugged in. This is the inside of the port now, the whole port was still fine but the inside was half cut off and tilted so you couldn't plug in the charging cable. I've owned numerous tablets over the years, I've used them in exactly the same way, and nothing like this has ever happened before. This is obviously a manufacturer fault and when I notified the seller they said I did that and I would have to pay for the repair. Do not buy this product or anything from this seller. He sells a defective tablet and gives no guarantee.
