Hit or miss with the camera. Remote charging is terrible

Remote control battery drains quickly, drone battery is excellent. But I get maybe 15 minutes with the remote and the drone comes back. The camera's reaction to the angle is hit or miss. I tried tilting the camera mid-flight but it didn't respond. Even when hovering, it's hit or miss in camera mode.
