As expected, the best in shoes
Fits as expected, not too tight but snug enough on skinny 7T legs. These are the first flats I've bought so I don't know what the elastic is for. They don't seem to add shoes at all. One fell out after wearing it the first time and didn't need to be repaired. Would buy again.
