Review on Wake Cloud Bedding Botanical California by Mariah Ray

I really love the blanket! The color is rather white, with blue-grey flowers and grey-brown stems. The material is breathable, lightweight, soft to the touch and has minimal wrinkles. After reading many reviews about the material shrinking and with that in mind, I measured my down insert to see if it would even fit on a duvet. My queen insert was 89x95, which was too big for a queen comforter (90x90). Some reviews said it had a lot of shrinkage so I decided to take a chance and ordered a king size 104 x 90 duvet hoping it would shrink enough. After washing, if it settles, quite a lot. I washed it in warm water and dried it on high heat hoping it would shrink. The length was perfect, but the width wasn't even close. I ended up changing the duvet and pillowcases only because I really liked them and couldn't return them after washing. I would like to point out that the king sizes shown may not be accurate. Only because I threw off 10 cm in width during the conversion. And whether it sat down or not, the blanket I received was larger than advertised. Overall I'm very happy with it and only gave it 4 stars because of all the work I had to do to get what I wanted. Anyone thinking of buying this set I would definitely measure your stakes first. Also, I removed the ties when trimming off the excess material and my liner is holding up well without them.
