First I would like to say that I have had several back surgeries, so a desk chair is vital for me. It might not bother someone with a healthy back, but the chair itself is what you would expect from a $100 chair. My complaint is the angle of the headrest. The top of the chair reclines just enough to put you in a forward leaning position without supporting your back. There's no customization for this, so stick with it. You will either love it or hate it. I'm a guitarist and this was for my music room. It's perfect for holding the guitar while sitting in it and that's the best I can say about it. I have switched to the DX Racer Classic which I use in my office. Although the price difference is $300. I can't return it because I threw away the box before realizing I couldn't use it. If you buy one, keep everything and try it for two weeks. If it works for you, you saved money and got a decent chair. I've searched a lot and haven't found any chairs with armrests that recline that far.
